Refund Policy

Checkride Academy, operated by Oneways AI, Inc. (a Delaware corporation), sells digital products (online courses and an AI tutor) that are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase. Because the content is delivered instantly, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except as described below or as required by law.

One-time (lifetime) course purchases are final once you have accessed the course. As a courtesy, if you have not meaningfully accessed the course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@checkride.academy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, and renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• You keep access to membership content until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Manage or cancel a subscription from your account/billing settings (Shopify customer account), or email support@checkride.academy and we will help. Canceling is as easy as signing up. For refund requests, include your order number and the email used at purchase; we aim to respond within a few business days.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal — which you do at checkout when you choose immediate access. Until you begin accessing the content, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund by emailing support@checkride.academy.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending review.
