Subscription Terms

All-Access membership is offered by Oneways AI, Inc. (a Delaware corporation) on a recurring subscription basis — monthly or annual, as you select at checkout. The recurring price and billing frequency are shown clearly at checkout before you purchase, and you provide affirmative consent to those terms before any charge. Billing is handled by our payment provider (Shopify). All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes unless stated.

• Your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• At each renewal we charge the then-current recurring fee to your payment method, at the frequency you selected.
• If the price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies only to renewals after the notice.

You can cancel at any time, online, from your account/billing settings (Shopify customer account), or by emailing billing@checkride.academy. Cancellation is as easy as signing up and stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

After you cancel, you keep access to membership content through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, and renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for full details.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend membership access until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for keeping your payment method current.
